Medellin Coffee is among the primary Milds. \ The Colombian Medellin Supremo coffee is often described as "Sauve" or soft. It is delicately sweet in the cup, with a light, aromatic body. Just the leading grades have a low-toned acidity makings it a perfect throughout the day coffee. Remarks: This is probably the best-known Colombian coffee thanks to its especially sweet taste. Its name originates from the bean size. Local lovers call it "mild". It is easily digestible, with its light and fragile taste, its medium acidity, and slightly nutty taste.
